Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange, Perceived Organizational Support Dan Quality Of Work Life secara parsial terhadap Employee Engagement PT Pismatex Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling (sensus). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 86 Karyawan Quality Assurance. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement dan Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement.
