Abstract

This study aims to determine the community satisfaction index for the services provided by LPPM Unikal in screening activities for village officials in Pekalongan Regency during the period 2018 to 2022. The population in this study are all villages in Pekalongan Regency that collaborate with LPPM Unikal in the screening process for village officials, the sample was taken using the Krejcie and Morgan tables with a significance level of 0.05. The results of a study of 98 samples found that the Community Satisfaction Index for the village apparatus screening service unit reached a value of 83.66 (76.61 < 83.66 < 88.30), which can be said that the performance of the LPPM Unikal service unit was in the good category. Satisfaction score the highest points are in requirements, systems, mechanisms, and procedures, product specifications for types of services, implementer behavior, and facilities and infrastructure. This is inseparable from Unikal's role in providing competent infrastructure and human resources in carrying out the selection examination.
